These Terms (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pink Corner Florals website and any bookings or services provided by Pink Corner Florals LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). By using this site or booking with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and any required deposit. Specific pricing, availability, deposit amounts, and remaining-balance due dates are provided in your custom quote.
2. Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event may be eligible to apply the deposit toward a future date subject to availability; cancellations within 30 days of the event forfeit the deposit. Specific cancellation terms will be set out in your booking agreement.
3. Flowers & Availability
We work with seasonal floral availability. While we make every effort to honor color and stem requests (subject to your chosen package), exact varieties and colors cannot always be guaranteed.
4. Liability
Pink Corner Florals is not liable for allergies, sensitivities, or damages caused by handling of flowers by event guests. We carry general liability insurance for our on-site presence.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, photography, logos and design — is the property of Pink Corner Florals LLC unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Photography
We may photograph the cart and your event setup for portfolio, social, and marketing use. If you prefer we do not, please let us know in writing prior to the event.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
